De Club van Sinterklaas & De Verdwijning van Wagen 27 (DVD, Region 2, PAL)
Celebrate the Dutch Sinterklaas tradition with De Club van Sinterklaas & De Verdwijning van Wagen 27, a classic Fox Kids children's adventure packed with approximately 140 minutes of entertainment.
December 5 is approaching and Sinterklaas and his helpers are preparing for their annual journey to the Netherlands. There is just one problem: Wagen 27 contains a large number of parcels that have not yet been tested. Testpiet and Surprisepiet therefore travel with the mysterious wagon, but their journey soon takes a dangerous turn.
The two Pieten are kidnapped by De Directeur, who has a sinister plan for Sinterklaas. He wants every child in the Netherlands to receive the same present on December 5: a strange toy called Jeu de Boules balls designed by him. If Sinterklaas refuses to cooperate, De Directeur threatens to sabotage the celebration through Fox Kids.
When Radarpiet discovers that Wagen 27 has disappeared, the Club van Sinterklaas realizes something is seriously wrong. A race begins to find the missing Pieten, recover the wagon and save the Sinterklaas celebration.
A nostalgic Dutch children's DVD from the Fox Kids era and an attractive addition for collectors of De Club van Sinterklaas, classic Dutch children's television and Sinterklaas memorabilia.
