Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! (DVD, Region 2, PAL)
Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! is a light-hearted 2004 romantic comedy starring Kate Bosworth, Topher Grace and Josh Duhamel, directed by Robert Luketic, the director of Legally Blonde.
Small-town supermarket worker Rosalee Futch is a devoted fan of Hollywood star Tad Hamilton. When she unexpectedly wins a competition offering a date with her screen idol, what begins as a dream celebrity encounter develops into something much more complicated.
Tad takes a genuine interest in Rosalee and her uncomplicated small-town life, but this creates a problem for Rosalee's longtime friend Pete, who has secretly been in love with her. With a Hollywood heartthrob suddenly competing for her affection, Rosalee finds herself caught between celebrity romance and the person who has been beside her all along.
The film combines romance, comedy and a classic love-triangle storyline, with supporting performances from Sean Hayes, Nathan Lane, Gary Cole and Ginnifer Goodwin.
