Yogi Bear: Personal Favorites (VHS, Dutch Spoken, PAL)
Yogi Bear: Personal Favorites is a vintage Dutch VHS collection celebrating one of Hanna-Barbera's most famous cartoon characters. This special compilation contains 11 classic Yogi Bear episodes personally selected by creators William Hanna and Joseph Barbera.
The collection includes the very first Yogi Bear cartoon, "The Big Break", referred to on the Dutch cover as "De Grote Ontsnapping", as well as an episode that puts Yogi's faithful friend Boo Boo in the spotlight. Together, the episodes provide approximately 90 minutes of classic Hanna-Barbera animation.
Yogi Bear became famous for his adventures in Jellystone Park, where his schemes to acquire visitors' picnic baskets regularly put him at odds with Ranger Smith. Together with Boo Boo, Yogi became one of Hanna-Barbera's most recognizable characters and a classic of television animation.
This GoodView Home-Video release is especially interesting for Dutch collectors because it is presented with Dutch spoken audio and comes in its original illustrated clamshell VHS case. The distinctive green cover features Yogi Bear alongside artwork representing other classic Hanna-Barbera characters.
