Every year, Meneer de Directeur tries to sabotage the Sinterklaas celebrations. This time he is in prison, so it looks as though he cannot cause any trouble. Unfortunately for the Club van Sinterklaas, he has another plan.
Meneer de Directeur has a secret weapon: his equally troublesome son Jacob. Together they devise a plan involving chocolate letters sprinkled with mysterious Blafpoeder. Children who eat the chocolate suddenly begin barking like dogs, putting the Sinterklaas festivities in serious danger.
The Club van Sinterklaas discovers the plan and sets out to stop Meneer de Directeur and Jacob before it is too late. Another lively adventure follows, filled with the familiar characters, humour and Sinterklaas atmosphere of the series.
