XG3: Extreme G Racing is a futuristic high-speed combat racing game for the Sony PlayStation 2, published by Acclaim Entertainment. Released in 2001, it is the third entry in the Extreme-G series and combines motorcycle racing with weapon-based combat on futuristic tracks.
Players race heavily armed high-speed bikes through courses featuring steep drops, loops, sharp corners and other extreme track designs. Races combine conventional competition with combat, allowing riders to use weapons while attempting to reach the finish ahead of their opponents. The game includes 12 heavily armed superbikes, 12 international riders and 10 race tracks, according to the packaging.
