CSI: Crime Scene Investigation – Built to Kill Parts One & Two presents the feature-length two-part opening story of the seventh season of the hugely successful forensic crime series, packaged in a distinctive Limited Edition Metalpak.
The Las Vegas CSI team is confronted with several disturbing cases. One investigation begins when a young woman is discovered dead after a performance by Cirque du Soleil's KÀ. The circumstances surrounding her death become increasingly unusual when the investigators discover an extraordinarily detailed miniature crime scene that appears to recreate the murder with chilling precision.
At the same time, Catherine Willows and Nick Stokes investigate another case connected to a nightclub. Catherine's night takes a particularly disturbing turn when she wakes up partially undressed in a hotel room with little memory of what happened, leaving her fearing that something serious occurred.
The two-part story brings together the elements that made CSI: Crime Scene Investigation one of the defining crime series of its era: forensic science, detailed crime-scene examination, complex murder investigations and the personal lives of the Las Vegas investigative team.
The episodes feature the established CSI ensemble including William Petersen as Gil Grissom, Marg Helgenberger as Catherine Willows, Gary Dourdan as Warrick Brown, George Eads as Nick Stokes, Jorja Fox as Sara Sidle, Robert David Hall as Dr. Al Robbins and Eric Szmanda as Greg Sanders.
This Dutch Region 2 PAL release presents the episodes in 16:9 widescreen (1.78:1) with English Dolby Digital 5.1 audio and Dutch subtitles. The disc has an approximate total running time of 125 minutes.
