John Denver – John Denver (Vinyl LP, 1979, RCA Victor)
Original 1979 Dutch pressing of John Denver, released by RCA Victor under catalogue number PL 13075. This self-titled studio album showcases Denver's signature blend of folk, country, and soft rock, combining heartfelt songwriting with warm acoustic arrangements.
Highlights include the energetic cover of Johnny B. Goode, the reflective Life Is So Good, the beautiful ballad You're So Beautiful, and the closing suite Songs Of.... Produced by longtime collaborator Milton Okun, the album features an accomplished group of session musicians and Denver's unmistakable vocals.
This copy includes the original printed inner sleeve with lyrics and credits. The vinyl retains a nice gloss with light signs of previous use consistent with a Very Good grading. The outer sleeve remains in very good condition with minor storage wear and an original Dutch record store price sticker on the front.
A great addition for John Denver collectors and fans of classic 1970s folk and country rock.
