Spectrobes: Origins is an action-packed sci-fi adventure developed by Genki and published by Disney Interactive Studios exclusively for the Nintendo Wii. This third installment in the Spectrobes series introduces a fully realized 3D world, real-time combat, and enhanced creature collection mechanics that make it the most ambitious entry in the franchise.
Players join heroes Rallen and Jeena as they travel across the galaxy to stop the powerful Krawl threat. Along the way, players discover, excavate, and awaken ancient creatures known as Spectrobes. These powerful companions can evolve, battle alongside the player, and unlock new abilities needed to progress through the adventure.
Using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, players engage in fast-paced real-time combat, command Spectrobes during battles, and excavate fossils through interactive motion-controlled gameplay. The game features more than 100 unique Spectrobes to collect and evolve, a deep progression system, and cooperative multiplayer support allowing a second player to join the adventure.
