A doctor (Billy Zane) takes his family on a trip into the countryside. But their outing turns into a nightmare when a group of truckers suddenly transform into ravenous, flesh-eating zombies. After eating hamburgers made from cattle infected by tainted meat, the locals turn into bloodthirsty killers hunting the doctor and his daughter.
“The Mad” mixes horror and comedy in a wild zombie romp full of gore, dark humor, and frantic survival.
